Everything you need for a comfortable weekend at Flatwoods

What should I wear?

Come comfortable
Our celebration is relaxed and outdoorsy. Think summer dresses, linen, button-downs, and comfortable shoes. You may want to leave the stilettos at home.

Should I bring a swimsuit?

Absolutely
The pool will be open throughout the weekend, so pack a swimsuit if you'd like to take a dip. We'll have pool towels waiting for you.

Are children welcome?

Of course
This is a family celebration, and little adventurers are welcome to join in the fun.

What about meals?

We'll keep you well fed
We'll have easy finger foods and light bites available throughout the day, and we'll make plenty to share at dinnertime. Guests staying at Flatwoods are also welcome to use the full kitchen, and fresh coffee will be served each morning.

What should I expect at Flatwoods?

Come ready to unwind
Flatwoods is a private country estate with plenty of room to roam. Expect fresh air, wildlife, winding paths, pool time, lawn games, and evenings spent together.

Will there be quiet hours?

Yes
We'll wind things down around 10:00 PM so everyone staying on the property can rest and recharge for the next day's adventures.

Do I need to RSVP?

Not just yet
For now, simply save the date and start dreaming up your weekend with us. Formal invitations and RSVP details will follow closer to the celebration.

Can I come for just the celebration?

Absolutely
While we'd love for you to make a weekend of it, there's no expectation to stay the entire time. Join us for as much of the weekend as works for you—we'll just be happy to celebrate together.
